1. How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have a generous 45-day window to return your purchase. To initiate a return, simply ensure that the item is sent back and that the return tracking number is uploaded within 45 days from the date of your purchase.
2. What is the Return Method, and Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

b. Should a return be necessary due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs. However, for other circumstances, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
3. How Do I Make a Return?
a. Log in to your Riyosa account.
b. Navigate to the "Start Returns" button located at the bottom of this page.
c. Select the item(s) you wish to return, specify the reason for the return, and submit your request.
d. Choose your preferred return method.
Note: To guarantee a seamless and prompt refund, please ensure that the returned item matches the details on your return request. Any discrepancies could lead to delays or prevent us from processing your refund.
4. Statutory Rights: Right of Withdrawal or Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing a reason, from the day of delivery of the last product(s) in your order. You can exercise this right by completing the withdrawal form or by contacting Customer Service before the period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal:
You must return the products within 14 days after communicating your withdrawal decision. You are only responsible for any diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature and functioning.
Refund and Cost of Returning:
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard offer, the extra cost will not be refunded. The handling fee, as defined in our General Conditions of Sale, will not be refunded either. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, estimated at a maximum of approximately £2.50.
5. How Will I Receive My Refund?
a. Your return request will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. During peak sales seasons, processing may take longer, potentially delaying your refund by 3 to 5 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
b. Unless otherwise agreed with Customer Service:
● Refunds for contract cancellations during the legal withdrawal period will be made to the payment card used.
● Refunds beyond the legal period may be issued as "Credit" to your Customer Account, at your discretion.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Note:
● We only refund standard delivery fees. Additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive are non-refundable.
● We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
If you encounter any issues with your return, please contact Customer Service within 45 days of purchase. This will not affect your statutory rights.
