Limited Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

●  We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item or part of an item that is defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

●  Defects include, but are not limited to, faulty stitching, zippers, buttons, and fabric-related issues.

 

What's Not Covered
●  Damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

●  Alterations or repairs made by someone other than Riyosa.

●  Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or ironing.

●  Loss of color due to exposure to sunlight or contact with water and other substances.

 

How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within the warranty period with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Provide photos or other evidence of the defect, if possible.

3. We will assess the claim and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.

4. If your claim is approved, we will guide you through the process of returning the item for repair or replacement.

 

Return and Exchange Policy
Items that are eligible for warranty service may also be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in a salable state.

 

Shipping and Handling
●  For warranty claims, we will cover the shipping costs to return the item to us. Once the item is repaired or replaced, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost.

●  If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
